Pop Up Talker Card doodle download
Hi Doodle Club members! Here’s your exclusive doodle download for this month: a Pop Up Talker card.
Click here to download your Pop Up Talker card.
We’ve been interested in making pop-up cards and will try to share more ideas in the coming months — this is the first. The feature of this one is a moving mouth that is animated when you open and close the card. It’s fun to experiment and see how many different characters you can create. Below are a few that we made and posted on instagram. We’d love to see what you come up with – don’t forget to tag us #kidcandoodle when you share.)

Instructions
Please print out the card on the heaviest paper you have that works with your printer. Regular letter (printer) paper will work, but you will get the best results on heavier paper if you have it. See below for more printing tips.
Cut out on the solid lines and fold on the dotted lines. To cut out the mouth, fold the card in half length-wise, and then cut the solid line with your scissors. (see the diagram top and below left or our instagram post below). When the card is folded, you can draw or color on both sides. We made sure to color the inside of the mouth, which will be the reverse side of the card when folded. (You can see it on the first instagram post above, or diagram below right).
To see how we cut out the card and folded it, please refer to the posts we made below on instagram. NOTE when you fold the card in half, the top of the card is the folded edge. This should be clear when you see the back side of the card, with the kidcandoodle logo showing.
